Dancing, yea!

I've realized, since I came to Florida, that not only is the weather cold up north but so are the people. I've gone to Sharkey's a few times now and every time there are great people who just want to talk, dance, drink and just enjoy themselves without any pre-conditions.
Last night there was a 15 minute line to get a drink because there was a radio station giving away a cruise for two. It was a mess of people. Could hardly stand in one place there were so many people. At 8 o'clock sharp the crowd dissipated nicely and all the regulars were on the floor dancing. I met a nice couple who hung out with me all night. I danced till my hearts content and then some. Later in the night a group of younger people were dancing and one of the women wiggled her finger at me to come and dance. It was real nice. I got too many compliments on my dancing, which makes me blush, but I enjoyed getting them anyway.
Meet another New England transplant. Seems they, or we, are everywhere.
All in all it was another good night of drink and dance. Of course, I went home alone, which seems to be my luck these days. At least I got a sound nights sleep, being alone and all. HAHA.
